Arrival in Mexico City, where we will meet with our staff who will assist you and transfer you to our hotel in Mexico City—one of the largest capitals in the world, a city with a rich history, pre-Hispanic, colonial, and modern, full of culture, theater, cinema, music, art, and traditions, as well as rich cuisine and incredibly attractive for its contrasts. After breakfast, we will visit the Basilica of Guadalupe, the main religious center and a key symbol for all Mexicans. Continue to the city of Querétaro. Considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site, we will visit its Historic Center. This city features attractive buildings from the colonial period, museums, and churches located around parks and gardens, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The Convent of the Cross, especially for Catholics, features a tree with thorns in the shape of a cross. Evangelization movements to the north of the Republic, as well as the independence movement, set out from this place. It was also a very wealthy city due to the silver mining industry during the colonial period. In the afternoon, after the visit, we will continue to the colonial town of San Miguel de Allende. After breakfast, we will visit the Colonia (Town) of San Miguel de Allende, a colonial gem declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We will visit the Parish of San Miguel, as well as its main monuments. Due to the design and construction of this city, it has been selected by the American community as one of the favorite places to live in Mexico. We will continue to the Sanctuary of Atotonilco, a place that continues to be deeply devoted to the care of its monks. It also deserves special attention for its high quality and artistic originality. It is sure to be a very special religious experience. After this visit, we will continue to one of the most unique cities in the central region of the country, the city of Guanajuato. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, we will dedicate our time to exploring this great city, full of traditions and legends. We will visit its squares and monuments, as well as the unique mummy museum, the Valenciana Church, and its mysterious tunnels, which make it a truly unique city.

After breakfast, we will depart for Patzcuaro. The geography of this area is very unique, as we will cross forested areas with large lakes at altitudes above 1,500 meters. This means that we will travel through the transverse neo-volcanic axis and the Sierra Madre Occidental mountain range. We will also pass through several indigenous villages. This entire area is very vibrant due to its rich indigenous population and, consequently, the production of highly-crafted handicrafts. In the afternoon, visit the town of Patzcuaro, declared a magical town not only for its historical and cultural richness, but also an excellent place to buy handicrafts and special objects of all kinds, of high quality and made from all possible materials, such as wood, fabric, tablecloths, and copper. A place of great fantasy where the modern world has yet to emerge. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, we will explore the Patzcuaro region, including the most important indigenous villages, such as Janitzio Island and Santa Clara del Cobre.

After breakfast, we will depart for Morelia, the capital of the state of Michoacán, a colonial city also declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We will visit the historic center and its main monuments. We will continue to Mexico City, where we will spend our last night.
